We received a call late one night to attend a downtown movie theatre in Woodbastwick. The customer was really glad that he came across us since we were the 3rd emergency locksmith company he had rung, the other 2 couldn't to provide help. Our customer had gone out for a meal and a film with his wife as it was their 10th anniversary. Unfortunately it was when they left the theatre that he realised he had suddenly lost his keys. He explained, "I ran back to the building and searched the place we were sitting; and there were no car keys. I later had the idea to search in our car and there they were, in the ignition, yet unfortunately the door had self locked." Our locksmith arrived promptly and after several minutes had the process taken care of and the vehicle open. The now happy husband and wife were soon enough on their way.

Missing residential key Woodbastwick:

The customer in Woodbastwick telephoned us with a disasterous case as she had only popped outdoors to get an item and the door locked behind her. However, what makes this a disasterous story was that she announced "Please help! I left my house keys in the house and my baby is still inside." Naturally we sped over there and thankfully the traffic was in our favour. We managed to arrive inside a few minutes and had the house opened swiftly. What we did learn soon after is that she called her kitten "my baby".

Going on a vacation abroad is usually fun, yet any time you drop your home keys a long way away from you in a foreign country it may make it a problem, as our customer realized last week. He called us from Woodbastwick and told us, "I'm standing at my front doorway and I have dropped our keys somewhere in a different country. You need to dispatch the stand-by locksmith over urgently" We were able to do that rather quickly and he rapidly got the house opened and completely new keys.

"I do not know just where it transpired, yet I believe that someone sadly lifted our keys out of my handbag. While inside the mall I might have put it down for a second. I was absolutely alarmed the instant I returned to the vehicle and I did not locate the keys. Thanks very much for your help in efficiently getting my locks exchanged" was the email from our customer in Woodbastwick.
